about erin renzas
Erin Renzas is an author, speaker, former technology executive, and the founder of Fight Co.Lab, an immersive leadership experience that brings high-performing executives into the boxing ring to navigate ambition, identity, and change. Born and raised in Orange County, California, Erin is currently bicontinental, splitting her time between Amsterdam and Los Angeles.
Erin earned both her B.S. and M.S. in Journalism from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Over the past two decades, she has held executive roles at some of the world’s most innovative and high-growth technology companies, leading global teams and driving brand, marketing, and growth strategies across fintech, SaaS, and emerging markets.
As an operating partner, she has advised more than 80 startups across North America, Europe, Africa, and Asia. Today she consults with growth-stage companies navigating critical inflection points.
Her forthcoming memoir will be published by Simon &Schuster in 2027. The book examines the stories we inherit about success, identity, and self-worth—and what happens when the life that looks successful from the outside no longer feels like your own.
Her work focuses on the hidden cost of conventional success: why accomplished leaders can reach the highest levels of their careers and begin questioning the path they worked so hard to build.
Through Fight Co.Lab, Erin helps executives identify the fights that matter, make clearer decisions under pressure, and pursue ambition without disappearing inside it.
Erin’s work has been featured across leading media platforms, including Newsweek, Business Insider, CNBC, and other leading media platforms. She speaks about ambition, identity, reinvention, executive leadership, and the need to build a new model of success for today’s workforce.
